ABOUT THE DREAM SERIES
2023 DREAM Series
Jan. 13-16: Tempe, Arizona (Tempe Diablo Stadium)
The DREAM Series is a showcase event focused on the dynamics of pitching and catching for a diverse group of high school elite athletes, predominantly African-American, from across the country during the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend. The event, which was established in 2017, is operated by Major League Baseball and USA Baseball.
This year we are proud to return to on-field instruction. This unique program focuses on developing the player on and off the field through seminars, mentorship, scout evaluations, video coverage and the highest level of instruction, all while providing a platform for the players to perform for scouts and collegiate coaches. The events are completely cost-free with USA Baseball covering expenses for the players.
Notable guests who will participate in the 2023 DREAM Series include former Major League managers Mike Scioscia and youth consultant Jerry Manuel.
